1. The promoter is: Sidekick Digital Pty Ltd (The Dog Book Company) whose registered office is in Sydney, Australia.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
3. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Giveaway winners will be drawn on the first (1st) day of every month until the promoter decides to discontinue this promotion.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. To enter this giveaway, a contestant must:

9. The prize is as follows:
- AUD$100 donated to a dog charity of the winner’s choice as negotiated between the winner and the promoter.
- A free copy of a book from The Dog Book Company’s product range.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. Winners will be randomly selected by the promoter from all community members who have entered the giveaway.
11. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
